Project Less (2014-2016)
It turns out that it is possible to use supermarket self-checkout machines to buy nothing. This was done frequently during a two-year period and hundreds of the resulting receipts, proof of these zero-transactions, were collected.
The receipts were compiled into books entitled Less and More Less. An A0 poster version was made available, a how-to tutorial originally created for #LowTechLabLondon2016 at Saatchi Gallery was shared, and another 'simupoem', Exchanging, was developed.
